Cotton Candy Dreams won the Lutas Film Festival screenplay competition of 2020 and was awarded a grant for production. Centering on elements of Filipino culture, this short film takes its audience through a journey of Dumaguete City in the Philippines. As a little girl searches for way to get cotton candy, she learns to always reach for dreams no matter the circumstances.
